    Store Credit, Exchanges, and Refunds:

Our products are mass produced so there may be a 1-2cm difference due to manual measurements. It is recommended to refer to the specific size chart measurement in the product description for the most accurate measurement.  

  • If you would like to return your items for store credit, or exchange, you must contact customercare@auemay.com within 14 days of receiving the items or you will not be able to return your items.
  • Your order must be returned within 14 days of being received. In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor. Accompanied by RMA form. Merchandise must have all tags attached.
